In SSProcessor 3.05, we've added a comprehensive set of tools for working with individual scaffolding elements, making it easy to customize an automatically generated structure to suit your needs. New features:

• Beams, planks, decking, railings
• Generate additional beams with a single click
• Replace a beam with a reinforced one and vice versa (both singular and plural)
• Install planks or decking between two selected elements
• Add railings of varying heights
• Vertical standard
• Add/replace posts of varying heights
• Extend existing verticals to the desired height
• Console brackets

When selecting two standards and a beam/deck from which you want to extend, you can now generate a cantilever bar.
Corner bars can be generated with or without ascending or descending diagonals (of any possible height and span).

Designing pipe-and-clamp scaffolding structures requires exceptional meticulousness and diligence. Therefore, by popular demand, we've simplified the work of engineers working with pipe-and-clamp scaffolding. We present new features:

• Generating pipe-and-clamp connections with a single click

Sometimes, to ensure structural rigidity and stability in specific cases, it's necessary to add additional pipe-and-clamp scaffolding to any structure.
In such cases, there's a feature that literally lets you "draw with pipes." You no longer need to manually select an element of the required length, angle, and fasteners.

The program allows you to specify the points to be connected with the pipe-and-clamp scaffolding in just two clicks, and they will be automatically connected using the correctly selected clamp type and appropriately sized module.

• Converting simple lines into pipes

Traditional design of pipe-and-clamp scaffolding structures is very labor-intensive, as it requires meticulous attention to detail with each individual element, selecting the correct angle for each component relative to one another, and selecting the appropriate module. However, with the SS Processor software module, these operations become much easier.
SSProcessor allows you to construct the desired structure from the simplest lines, and then, with the click of a button or command, transforms this diagram into a structure made of pipe-and-clamp or wedge scaffolding, where each element is already positioned at the desired angle and secured with a specially selected clamp.

• Generating pipe racks using a formula

This function inserts a chain of pipes at a specified point using a specified formula. This may be necessary to ensure safer installation – the rack chains should be installed in a staggered fashion.

Previously, preparing drawings required spending countless hours manually inserting footnotes with names, checking them against part numbers, and verifying dimensions and quantities. Now, SSProcessor v3.03 makes it easy to prepare drawings with automatic callouts in the specifications for each scaffold element.

This functionality allows you to select the type of callout depending on the task. The screenshot shows all possible callout options (custom callout, specification item + part number, part number only, part number + name and quantity, and specification item number only).

Furthermore, SSProcessor now has the ability to automatically generate three main views, as well as floor plans.

SSProcessor offers one of the most important features for working with scaffolding. SSProcessor allows you to export project specifications or any selected section in .xlsx format. Specifications can also be exported with element images, helping automate engineers' workflows.

When exporting a specification, you can check the availability of elements in stock and those available for design. The program includes features for tracking available items in stock and those occupied by other structures, allowing you to generate a project using only available elements.

The program has a built-in interface for connecting to the LightWay scaffolding inventory management module, which automatically tracks available and occupied items in structures (upon client request)
